This electrical grade epoxy encapsulant has a work-time of 20 to 30 minutes. Each cartridge comes with 2 static mixing nozzles for efficient dispensing. EP 270 has a tensile strength of 7,500 psi and cures quickly at room temperature to a tough, semi-rigid polymer. It is a noncorrosive material and has very good resistance to water, acids, bases, and most organic solvents. It has a fixture time of 60 to 120 minutes and will reach full cure at room temperature in around 24 hours.
