Domaine Mayrac Blanquette de Limoux Demi Sec is a delicious organic sparkling wine, very low in sulphites in the  “demi sec” style which means “half dry”. There’s just a touch of residual sugar with gentle natural acidity making this extremely drinkable. If you find some “Bruts” can dry the mouth or be too acidic this is the wine for you! As well as an aperitif it makes a good option to accompany dessert too.
